HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
To provide you with a special experience, your order is packaged in a gift box, wrapped in pleated tissue paper and sealed with a sticker.
HOW TO CARE FOR STERLING SILVER?
Apply a small amount of silver polish to a soft cloth, gently polish the silver, rinse it with warm water, and dry it carefully. When not in use, keep it in the provided pouch to minimize tarnishing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To ensure your order arrives to you ASAP, we processes your order quickly and any modifications are not possible. If you need to cancel, please contact our Client Service whom will assist you promptly.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
If you placed your order via your AMORSUI account, log in to your account then click on “My Orders”
If you placed your order as a guest, please fill in the fields here.
Processing: the order is being prepared.
Completed: the order has been shipped. You can track the delivery status by clicking on “Track” button.
Pending: payment for the order has not been finalized.
Cancelled: the order has been cancelled by you or due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.
Delivery & After Sales
DISPATCH WITHIN 1-3 DAYS
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 day when placed by 4:30 p.m. and within 2-3 day when placed after 4:30 p.m.
If any items are not available, the preparation time might change. Any delays due to availability will be communicated.

Depending on your shipping address, AMORSUI offers up to three delivery options:
Standard S.F. delivery (HK): HKD 15; Free for orders over HKD 500
Standard International Shipping (Outside HK): HKD 30; Free for orders over HKD 700 or equivalent
Express Delivery (Outside HK): HKD 300 or equivalent
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
Standard S.F. Delivery (HK): within 1-3 business days
Standard International Shipping (Outside HK): within 7-16 business days
Express Delivery (Outside HK): within 2-4 business days

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return defective products within 14 days of receiving it for exchange, but non-refundable.
Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product(s) cannot be exchanged.
An item can only be exchanged once. The onus of bearing the cost linked to the return lies with the customer.
Please send us an email to indicate the product(s) you wish to exchange and the reason. We will assist you promptly.
You will receive an email confirmation of the returned item and delivery notification of the new product.
CAN I GET MY PRODUCT REPAIRED?
AMORSUI don’t have repair services for any products. If you need to repair it, please contact our Client Service whom will assist you promptly.
